3. No Money-Back Guarantee

Please be aware that we do not offer a money-back guarantee for any of our testing services.   • Google Play Account Termination: If, for any reason, Google terminates or suspends your account during the testing process, no refunds will be issued. This is because we conduct all testing in accordance with Google’s guidelines, and external decisions by Google are beyond our control.

  • Google Policy Compliance: We ensure that our testing follows all Google Play terms and conditions, but the final decision regarding app approval or account standing remains with Google. We cannot be held responsible for any account issues or app rejections that occur outside of our testing scope.
